Fotomation - Morning Light - Cup of Tea Steeping

Photobucket

I'm interested in movement, composition and light, this worked out to be a nice combination. I liked incorporating the hand and spoon that breaks the circle of the tea cup handle.

Photobucket

One of my students was using her iPhone Camera as a make-up mirror, how ingenious. It was a little tricky to get the daylight and iphone light to balance and work together.

Photographs from Iraq

I am currently curating a very unique photography exhibition.

Profile......
Leesha. Quigg is a 24-year-old full-time student, at Montgomery County Community College, a single mother, she is part Native American and a returning U.S. Army Veteran Reservist. During her tour of duty in Iraq from May 2009 until March 2010 she was with the United States Army as a Civil Affairs Specialist.

This video is a companion piece to Ms. Quigg's photography exhibition. Proceeds from the sale of prints help fund a Veterans Scholarship at our College.

We had a fantastic turn out for the Photographs from Iraq exhibition. Dr. Karen Stout was there and welcomed Leesha Quigg. Please see images taken right before the opening reception.

Think Art - Think Diversity

I recieved a grant to design a project that had to do with diversity. I designed the Diversity Design Workshop where students create posters for various departments at MCCC.
